See how Jason helped a local Fresno artist bring her work from the garage to the world.

Jeanette Goulart had been working passionately out of her garage for years, producing artwork visible only to local galleries, and purchased only by close friends and customers.

There was no denying her talent, and deep down she believed that ultimate success could be found by expanding the visibility of her work. But bringing almost 100 pieces of artwork from her garage to the internet was a daunting task, both time consuming and technically difficult.

Through a series of meetings, Jeanette revealed that not only did she want to display her pieces, she wanted to:

Grab visitor’s attention with a dazzling front page and custom graphics

Have a full e-commerce solution to sell giclees, notecards, and other creations from her living room

Display galleries, separated by categories

Display detailed information for each piece of artwork

Have the ability to blog on her site – without my help :-)

Could I handle all that? Heck yea! It took roughly two weeks, and the finished product was beyond her expectations.

Once she’s gotten her virtual feet wet, I’ll be setting her up with a mailing list to keep in touch with all of her fans, and introducing her to social networking necessities like Twitter.

So hey, if you’re producing something the world needs to see, I can help. If you want some killer artwork, Jeanette can help.

Until next time!

~Jason

Last week the podcast debut of Robert Ashley’s “A Life Well Wasted” inspired me to pen a short blog post exploring the notion of what I call “Disposable Video Games.” I committed myself to exploring this at length in Episode 3 – with YOUR help – and the feedback was amazing.
