HA! The PS3 updates are pretty slow, I don't know about infuriating, but yeah they are slow. It's amazing considering how fast the 360 updates are.

As for the PSP, I'm enjoying it MUCH more than I could have ever imagined, and for about 60 bucks I got 5 games that I've put hours into already.

Nice podcast, looking forward to more.

Congrats on the podcast launch, good sir. I found it surprisingly relatable -- I've been playing Suikoden and Symphony of the Night on my PSP between bits of Buzz and Crisis Core. My 360 gaming is basically non-existent these days, and the PS3 is now my Lost Season One-playing machine. The DS and Chrono Trigger (as well as Super Dodgeball) are serving me well. Weird, eh? Lots of oldies, and very few new games.

All of which are portable.

Bizarre.

And some of my most anticipated games this year are portable -- I don't like Resistance, but Retribution was awesome at PAX, and those guys made amazing shooters on the PSP with Syphon Filter. That it has online still scares me, because I played Dark Mirror (exclusively) for 3 months, every night, for 3 or 4 hours per night, online with friends. I must have sunk hundreds of hours in to it.

Ironic. Online portable is so redundant, yet it's where I get the most enjoyment.
